'Modern Family' star Ariel Winter calls out Vine star Nash Grier for homophobic slurs

In this article, it talks about when #favnashvid was trending on Twitter; an appreciation post to Nash Grier -- Ariel Winter from Modern Family wasn’t so happy about it. So she responded sarcastically to the post by attributing a video from 2014 where Nash Grier yelled a homophobic slur. She said “Yes, people make mistakes. We are all human, however, a mistake is generally something you make once. Your homophobic video that you made when you were 14 was not the only time you spouted homophobic slurs. Your twitter was full of them before you posted the video AND after! With access to the internet, how could you be so ignorant to think that the word you used was not excessively harmful ?"
